Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on company website blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Create and schedule engaging content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, and engage with our audience in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to enhance our brand presence.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms professionally and promptly.
Required Hard Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and platform-specific insights.
- Experience with social media advertising, including campaign creation, targeting, and budgeting.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and how social media content can support SEO strategies.
