Job Summary/Objective:
Alter-Learning Inc. is seeking creative, responsible, and passionate game‑design who want hands‑on experience in narrative‑driven tabletop game development.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to narrative design, world‑building, and thematic development
- Assist in designing game mechanics, systems, and player interactions
- Help create prototypes, playtest materials, and documentation
- Collaborate with writers, artists, educators, and developers
- Participate in feedback sessions and iterative design cycles
- Support the integration of educational elements into gameplay when needed
Qualifications
- Strong interest in narrative‑driven tabletop or role‑playing games
- Creative problem‑solving and willingness to iterate
- Ability to work responsibly, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team
- Portfolio pieces (class projects, personal prototypes, writing samples, etc.) are a plus
