Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions across complex environments. This role is ideal for someone with a deep technical background, strong stakeholder communication skills, and proven experience architecting solutions that bridge business and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design across software, cloud infrastructure, integration, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures
- Define architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies
- Guide and mentor development teams on design patterns, technology choices, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and third-party tools
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and performance analysis
- Work closely with DevOps teams to define CI/CD processes and deployment strategies
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or similar role
- Proven expertise in architecting cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Deep understanding of microservices, API design, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with enterprise software systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, encryption, identity management, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience leading technical discussions and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF
- Experience in sectors such as fintech, healthcare, or edtech
- Background in agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Exposure to machine learning, big data, or IoT solutions
