Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly, visually compelling, and intuitive digital experiences for our fintech dashboards, educational games, and platform interfaces. As a core team member, you will work closely with developers, content creators, and product leads to define the visual identity and user journey of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and elegant UI designs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Apply a human-centered design approach, especially when designing for K-12 audiences.
- Contribute to ongoing product design discussions and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech, edtech, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and user psychology.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience designing for gamified or educational platforms is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
