Job Summary
AAK TeleScience is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building strategic client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Mentor and support junior sales team members when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or solution-based environment
- Strong background in B2B or B2C sales with demonstrated revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
