Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

AAK TeleScience is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales. You’ll play a key role in driving revenuebuilding strategic client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or solution-based environment
  • Strong background in B2B or B2C sales with demonstrated revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
