Project Manager – Educational Technology & Gamified Learning

At Alter-Learning, we create immersive, STEAM-based educational games that inspire K–12 students, empower teachers, and support modern curriculum goals.
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate teams, and ensure our gamified learning products are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Your Mission

Turn creative ideas into structured action — leading projects from concept to classroom impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines for EdTech and game development initiatives.
  • Manage all project stages — from kickoff to delivery — ensuring alignment with educational and product goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and scheduling to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly team stand-ups to ensure progress and resolve blockers.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary link between product, design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Keep all stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentation.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and external partners, ensuring efficient workflows.

Quality & Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs, testing milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects meet performance standards.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and propose proactive solutions.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify best practices and lessons learned.

Systems & Tools

  • Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Notion) to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation to provide full visibility to leadership.
  • Support process improvements by optimizing project tracking and reporting systems.

Stakeholder & Partner Support

  • Collaborate with educators, schools, and content creators to align projects with classroom needs.
  • Coordinate user testing, feedback cycles, and content validation with educational partners.
  • Support operational and strategic priorities defined by leadership.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within EdTech, digital learning, or creative technology.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — with a knack for balancing creativity and structure.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, development, and marketing).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for STEAM education, gamification, and learning innovation.

Why Join Alter-Learning?

  • Shape the future of K–12 education through technology, creativity, and play.
  • Work alongside educators, designers, and technologists on projects that make learning engaging and accessible.
  • Be part of a global mission to transform classrooms into spaces of curiosity and innovation.
