  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech, technology, or a startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
