Role Overview
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Design and execute employee engagement, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech, technology, or a startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
