Position Overview
As Alter-Learning’s creative lead, you will design and drive the brand’s visual identity and storytelling strategy across all platforms. From concept to execution, you’ll create content that captures our vision—empowering education through gamification and technology.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure every design, video, and campaign reflects Alter-Learning’s core values: innovation, inclusivity, and imagination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Alter-Learning’s visual identity across all media (digital, print, and motion).
- Design branded assets such as website graphics, educational game visuals, pitch decks, infographics, email templates, and social media content.
- Produce and edit videos and motion graphics for product showcases, campaigns, and educational storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cross-platform marketing campaigns targeting K–12 educators, students, parents, investors, and B2B partners.
- Establish and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across tone, typography, and visual elements.
- Contribute to UI/UX concepts for Alter-Learning’s digital platforms and educational products.
- Translate complex ideas and data into clear, engaging, and visually compelling narratives.
- Support the creation of event visuals, investor presentations, and educational content that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, video creation, and brand strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma or Canva.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement, and design psychology.
- Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Experience in animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and responsive web layouts.
- Previous work in EdTech, game design, AI learning tools, or digital media is a strong plus.
- Experience creating investor decks, educational visuals, or marketing videos.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and adaptability in emerging marketing and design trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in startups or mission-driven organizations.
- Passion for education, gamification, and technology-driven creativity.
