Position Overview
AAK TeleScience is seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer & Branding Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic startup team. In this role, you will lead the visual identity and branding direction of our innovative cloud-based EdTech and fintech learning platforms. You will be responsible for translating our mission and vision into compelling visuals and marketing assets that resonate with educators, learners, and investors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AAK TeleScience’s visual identity across all digital and print assets.
- Design and produce branded marketing materials such as social media graphics, pitch decks, website visuals, email templates, whitepapers, brochures, and video thumbnails.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute multi-platform campaigns.
- Craft strategic visual storytelling to position AAK as a leader in the fintech and educational game sectors.
- Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, imagery, typography, and layout.
- Contribute to the design and UX of digital platforms, including landing pages and educational tools.
- Use market and audience insights to shape branding decisions that engage K–12 educators, students, investors, and B2B stakeholders.
- Support the production of product mockups, event visuals, investor communications, and promotional videos.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, brand strategy, and visual marketing (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma/Canva.
- A solid understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement, and design psychology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a startup, EdTech, fintech, or SaaS company is highly desirable.
Desired Skills
- Animation or motion graphics experience is a strong plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile responsive design.
- Familiarity with K–12 educational tools or educational games.
- Experience creating investor or pitch deck visuals.
- Creative mindset with a strategic eye for marketing trends and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with early-stage startups or mission-driven organizations.
- Passion for education, innovation, and creating impact through design.
