Alter‑Learning creates engaging, STEAM-focused educational games and platforms that inspire K–12 learners and support educators worldwide. We are seeking a Sales Associate to help expand our reach, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with schools, districts, and EdTech partners.
Your Mission
Drive the adoption of Alter‑Learning solutions by connecting with educators and partners, supporting the sales team, and contributing to our mission of transforming learning through play.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in prospecting, outreach, and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to schools, districts, and potential partners.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales cycles.
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, administrators, and EdTech partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Participate in webinars, virtual events, and trade shows to support sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback from customers and prospects to inform product development and market strategy.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or educational products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for education, gamification, and technology-driven learning.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving sales strategies and tools.
