Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on company website blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, and engage with our audience in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to enhance our brand presence.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms professionally and promptly.

Required Hard Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and platform-specific insights.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including campaign creation, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how social media content can support SEO strategies.

  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
